Vlakča

Council of local community of Vlakča, village within city of |70645$KragujevacXXX, adopted coat of arms designed by Ljubodrag Lj. Grujić after idea by Deacon Nenad M. Jovanović (CZIPM).

Arms of Vlakča is Black with golden fess. Fess is charged with black Henry Farman HF 20 airplane.This airplane was operated by pilot lieutenant Mihailo Petrović, who was born in Vlakča. He was the first victim in military aviation in the world, died in battle near Shkodër (Albania). Upper part of shield is charged with two golden brambly wreaths, presenting suffering of people of Vlakča in both World wars. Bottom part of the shield is charged with golden river crab, presentin Rakovica stream and former monastery bearing the same name. Monastery moved northwards (territory of todays civic municipality of |70211$RakovicaXXX) during Great Serb Migrations in 17^th century.
