Požega has banner of arms and coat of arms in three forms. This municipality uses only greater coat of arms.

Flag of Požega is banner of arms from greater coat of arms. It is square shaped (ratio 1:1). It is divided quarterly, blue and red and charged with white cross, with white circle in the middle. White circle is filled with blue disc charged with golden cross.

Basic arms of Požega is similiar to banner of arms with one difference. Central blue disc is charged with golden steelyard instead of golden cross.
